Does revelations predict the vaccines role in the end times?

Revelation 18:23 is most often translated as being deceived by sorcery, but the Greek word used in the original text is the word Pharmakeia, which in English would point directly to pharmaceuticals.

Have we been deceived by our trust in pharmaceuticals and looked to a man made vaccine to “save us”?
