Recipe
1 medium ONION 🧅
Dice half of the ONION 🧅
Slice the other half thinly
1 tbsp OLIVE OIL
Preheat a large skillet
Add the OLIVE OIL
Once OLIVE OIL has heated up, add half the ONION 🧅, 1 tsp minced GARLIC 🧄, 1/4 GREEN BELL PEPPER
Cook until the vegetables start to soften
Add 1 lb GROUND BEEF 🍖 and 1/4 tsp ONION POWDER
1/4 tsp GARLIC 🧄 POWDER
1 tsp SALT 🧂
1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER
Stir occasionally until the BEEF 🍖 is completely cooked
Add half a cup BEEF 🍖 BROTH
Add 1 lb CAULIFLOWER FLORETS
Add the rests of the ONION 🧅 and GREEN BELL PEPPER
Add 8 oz sliced MUSHROOMS
Simmer for 15 minutes
Smash the CAULIFLOWER into smaller pieces
Add 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER
10 oz PROVOLONE CHEESE 🧀
Let it melt before serving
