Today we will focus on metabolism boosting moves. Moves that improve digestion, and stimulate weight loss.
Great for trimming the waistline and strengthening the abdominal wall.
Expect a vinyasa flow Level 1 - lunges, warriors and neck rolls in the first part of the class. Backbends- bridge, bow, twisting poses. Reclining and standing twists.
Supine twist and shavasana at the end. Relax and let that feeling of wellbeing come over you!
