Two female lion

The lion have strong, compact bodies and powerful forelegs, teeth and jaws for pulling down and killing prey. Their coats are yellow-gold colors. The male lions are mush bigger than females and they have large manes, or hair which cover their head and neck and stretches underneath to their belly. African Lions are mostly found in sub-Saharan Africa. They used to be found all over Africa but now they have mostly disappeared from North Africa and are at risk of extinction in West Africa. Lion live in savannahs and grasslands, where some cover and plenty of water can be found. The lifespan of lion female 10 to 15 years Adult and Male lion 8 to 10 years Adult.
