Ingredients:

1 large napa cabbage (about 2.9 kg)
3/4 cup salt
3 cups water
1/2 cup sweet rice flour (you can use regular rice flour instead)
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup fish sauce (you can reduce the amount of fish sauce if you're using small napa cabbage)
3/4 cup Korean hot pepper flakes (gochugaru)
2 tbsp grated garlic
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 cup Korean radish (shredded)
3/4 cup green onions (sliced)
1/4 cup shredded carrots
