We are driving around South Saint Petersburg, which is the City's crime infested area. A few times if you look carefully you will see Tropicana Stadium off in the distance. That area, before the stadium was built, previously had the worst reputation for the City. Perhaps that is why they used eminent domain to acquire the residential units and replace them with the Stadium.
