Is it ok to cut those that do evil out of your life?

Is it ok for me to cut out people from my life that have done, and continue to do evil against me? People that I have tried to show the light but refuse to see it? People that are just not good for me? How about people in authority, must I do what they say even if those things go against God?? The answer is a resounding NO! (Refs Exodus 20:12, 1 Samuel 20:30-34, Romans 13:1-2, Titus 3:1, 3:10-11, Ezekiel 33:7-9, Proverbs 23:9, Matthew 10:13-16, 6:33, Zechariah 8:16-17)
