Chanterelle Mushrooms is known as the "most prized mushrooms in the world". If you taste one, you will know why. For the rain we got recently, we know for a fact that it's time to look for them and we're right as we're able to bring home a 4 pounds fresh chanterelle mushrooms! On this video, we dehydrate them and we'll make a cream of chanterelle mushroom soup out of them during rainy days or winter season.
