Voting restrictions 'Jim Crow 2.0': TX Black Caucus member

The Black Caucuses of the Texas, Virginia, and Maryland state legislatures, and other Texas lawmakers met in Alexandria, Virginia on Friday, where they decried Republican efforts to restrict voting. Ron Reynolds, a member of Texas’ Legislative Black Caucus, described new voting restrictions in several U.S. states as "Jim Crow 2.0" - a sentiment echoed by Virginia House Majority Leader Charniele Herring, who said Jim Crow-style laws are again "are rearing its ugly head."
