Her nature, like other chameleons, is calm and less mobile, yet she is able to discover everything around her with her eyes. It can move them in all directions and can move each eye independently of the other, and its brain analyzes both images, so the exploration becomes broader without the need to move the head or body and draw the attention of predators.
The veiled chameleon feeds on insects and their larvae, arthropods and small animals in their environment. Locusts and crickets are chameleons' favorite prey, as they contain a lot of nutrients for them.
