Today on Sekulow we discuss an ongoing ACLJ legal battle at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals over a flawed federal district court ruling declaring that government officials can no longer encourage citizens to pray amidst local tragedies and volunteer chaplains must not lead in community prayers. This case out of Ocala, Florida strikes at one of the ACLJ's foundational directives — preserving religious liberty. We are willing to take this case all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. ACLJ Senior Counsel Abigail Southerland joins the broadcast to discuss the details of the case. All this and more today on Sekulow.
