I go to Grayditch to check a ruined Libray and other interiors added by the A World of Pain mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17965

DISCLAIMER: This episode was recorded after the Windows Fall Creators update that partially broke Fallout Stutter Remover. You may notice more stutters and instability when I travel through the map and play the game. - 00:24 - Fast traveling to Grayditch. From there, I head south. https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Grayditch
- 01:46 - I Talon Company ambush squad near the Marigold Station. I kill them from afar. https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Marigold_station
- 02:29 - Looting the dead and managing the inventory.
- 04:16 - Heading west. You can see a door in the raised building. There are some rubble piles on the way.
- 05:41 - Discovering Grayditch Library.
- 06:10 - The place is full of radscorpions. Not all scorpions are hostile ("Animal Friend Perk" in action, I think).
- 06:48 - Clearing the north side of the building.
- 07:34 - I'll open that door later.
- 08:03 - Checking the lower floors.
- 09:42 - Those Broken Audio Discs are a misc item with no use. AWOP locations tend to have many things to loot.
- 10:23 - Two ammo boxes.
- 10:57 - This Library is a fine place to collect Radscorpion Meat and Poison Glands.
- 11:27 - The door on the left and near the entrance requires a key.
- 11:42 - Looking for the key in the desks.
- 12:54 - Lockpicking the door seen at 07:34. More radscorpions.
- 13:50 - Opening the door to the south in the hallway.
- 13:56 - A Big Book of Science on the left. It's in one of the tables with terminals (AWOP adds some extra skill books).
- 14:35 - Pre-war books.
- 14:42 - Hacking the terminal to open the locked door. It is the one near the entrance.
- 15:26 - Back to the hallway at 12:54. I go upstairs to the Upper Floors after checking the map.
- 17:01 - In the hallway to the south, I kill a unique Giant Radscorpion called Molly.
- 17:29 - Lockpicking the door to the left. It's a room with some boxes and tool cabinets.
- 18:28 - Door on the right, behind Molly. Many containers to loot.
- 19:41 - The rubble piles to the floor above. The Beast Lords will attack. Their boss (Higgins) has the Library Master Key, his diary, and Reinforced Leather Armor.
- 20:46 - Reading time.
- 22:36 - Grabbing some items here and there.
- 23:16 - A copy of Lying, Congressional Style is on a makeshift table near a bed and a lamp.
- 23:29 - AWOP Update 1.6 added Food mixers to the Wasteland (AWOP & vanilla areas) to create up to 9 new food and drink items. Hint: You can find one in Craterside Supply or Milgram's Shack, both of which have a Recipe book nearby.
- 24:50 - Back to the library to call the team. I take what I left behind on the Upper Floors.
- 28:05 - On the library floor. I check the area before heading to the basement. I almost missed the men's room.
- 30:45 - Gradyitch Library Basement. More radscorpions.
- 31:57 - Alien Power Cells on the left.
- 32:31 - Lockpicking the gate.
- 32:56 - Ammo boxes near the beds.
- 33:08 - Albino Radscorpion appears from the hole in the wall.
- 33:09 - The local map. I go through the hole in the wall. It's a small cave with some friendly radscorpions.
- 34:23 - A Dead Wastelader Adventurer. There's some loot in the Refuse Piles.
- 34:51 - Reaching the sewers below Grayditch.
- 35:21 - The local map. Many paths to investigate. I'll head west first.
- 35:40 - Room with some hostile Radscorpions and some ammo boxes.
- 37:26 - RadAway, ammo, and first aid boxes on the metal shelf. There's an Advanced Radiation Suit on the Radiation Suit Case.
- 38:29 - I return to the basement first area.
- 38:55 - I forgot to check the other door. Another room with many misc items.
- 40:43 - Back in the sewer, I go to the left side this time.
- 41:10 - Another Large Refuse Pile.
- 41:55 - A dead Wasteland Adventurer near the door at the end of the tunnel.
- 42:14 - Entering Grayditch Sewer.
