In our daily lives we ought to eat foods with small amount of calories per days , excessive eating it's not good as it can cause you to become too fat .
The accumulation of more and more fats into your body causes the body averall failure as b.p increases,body organs start to collapse.
Therefore doctors highly advice to eat balanced diet ,to do alot of body exercises and drink alot of water at least 3 liters per day...
