These are some of my favorite ab exercises, which I've combined into a short workout that you can perform in two or three rounds if one is too easy.

During quarantine, I've been doing this ab workout three times a week. I'll do 3-4 rounds on days when I'm feeling good. On days when my body is particularly weary, I may only do two rounds.
