► Workout Details: 15 min ABS workout for women challenge! 😈

► Workout method:
✅ 5 exercises  
🔥 3 rounds  
⏱ 40 sec each (*20 sec each side when unilateral)

10 sec rest between exercise
60 sec rest after the 5th exercise
Then repeat 🔁 2 more times!

❌ Do NOT just rush through the reps! and try to finish it as soon as possible!
