1031 Exchange and DST Diversification Strategies During COVID-19 is a FREE webinar. Mark Turok, Business Development Officer of Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, will be joined by John Bacigalupi, Sr. Vice President of Cantor Capital and Robert Zink, Licensed Real Estate Broker & Licensed Securities Representative of Whitehall-Parker Securities to discuss the current state of investment real estate during COVID-19.

An introduction to the 1031 Exchange rules, requirements, structures, and role of a Qualified Intermediary will be highlighted by Mr. Turok. The panel will then explore the concerns real estate investors have for their future because of COVID-19 and how some have found a way to retire from real estate altogether. Passive 1031 options do exist, and partial ownership of large institutional quality property can be that viable solution for several reasons. Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) properties are available now in strong markets and in most asset classes. There are many advantages including:

• NO MANAGEMENT
• NO LENDER EXPOSURE (NON-RECOURSE DEBT)
• NO PROPERTY DUE DILIGENCE COSTS
• NO EXCHANGE FAILURE RISKS, PROPERTY ALREADY OWNED BY THE TRUST
