Camden’s 1st Time @ the Gun Range

While visiting family in South Carolina I told my son-in-law Travis that I wanted to visit a Palmetto State Armory store. Over the years I’ve ordered several items from their online store including parts to put together my own pistols and rifles.

He was totally on board so he, my 11yo son Camden and I made the 1 hour drive to Columbia, SC. I had no intention on shooting but after exploring the store a bit and drooling over all the cool stuff I could buy I figured popping off a few rounds to satisfy my urge would be less expensive.

Of course Camden was all for it so we rented some gear, signed our waivers, and had a lot of fun. Camden has a pellet rifle and we’ve covered a lot of the firearms basics with it but he’s NEVER shot anything larger than .177.
