High Water at Port Blake Ontario

Usually, the day after a rainstorm, the water on Lake Huron is wild - a perfect time to take videos! In 2018, we saw a fair bit of rain so the water levels were quite high, taking up a lot of beach at Port Blake, just north of Grand Bend, Ontario. The water has since receded again.

Right after I took this video, I walked a little further to the right where there was a larger section of beach. However, a large wave came in and soaked my shoes! :-) It was a warm day, but that water was still cold.
