In this video we are investigating the Harbor side of Charlotte Harbor that sits between Bayshore Road and U S Highway 41. The land here is very low lying and each substantial rain brings in the flood waters. To build here today, and plenty of empty lots to chose from, requires one to go up on stilts. Expensive which is why there is so many vacant lots. This video was captured from the roof of the car and recorded in brilliant 4k resolution. Enjoy!
