What does that question mean to you?

Just like a football team selects another play out of their playbook when the game doesn’t go as expected, if you had a specific roofing project planned for this year, you may need to move to another approach. This year is not going as expected.

In the last month we find clients are frustrated by rapid inflation:

· Freight Up 300%, and now surcharges being added.
· Insulation Up ???%, to be determined on the ship date. NO PRICE GUARANTEES.

So where are we?
Clients are concerned about long lead times and worried about the limited availability of insulation, fasteners and adhesives.

What to do:
It may be time to pivot and select another approach to roofing this year:
· If you must reroof plan ahead and order early.
· Think about repairs and service of your existing roof.
· Think about a Fluid Applied Roof solution.
