Front Disc Wheel Lock Keeps Ride Real Short

Info from Licensor: "I got told to move the bike onto the front garden. I went outside to do just that. I completely forgot about my front wheel disc lock, and reversed backwards, allowing the wheel to gain a full rotation. I didn't notice that I actually hit the lock because I braked. I then accelerated forward and immediately stopped, then I fell off."
