Harley Davidson big twin 4-speed transmission build Part: 1

In this video we start to build a big twin 4-speed transmission to look exactly like a transmission from the 1940 to 1951 era for my 1940 UH, so in this video we go through the first steps on how to properly build a big twin 4-speed transmission that will work for tank shift motorcycles from 1936 to 38 and 1940 to 1951. The internal assembly process is the same for all big twin 4-speed's from 1940 to 1984, so starting off here we prepare the case and move on to install the 4th gear, so sit back, watch and enjoy this first part, that is out of a very informative three part series.
