Workout Challenge To Get ABS

A video challenge for anyone who wants to lose belly fat or lose weight altogether to see their" 6 Pack " Abs muscle. This workout challenge is suitable for both men and women. It is performed for only 5 minutes ( intensive training) with two small rest periods. This workout can be done at home, in the gym or on the street, as it does not require equipment. I believe that this is a set of the most effective exercises so that you can lose fat from your stomach and look great, especially since summer is coming soon 😏

This challenge will allow you to work out your entire abdominal, namely the upper abs-lower abs-V-Cut oblique abs, so it is worth doing it completely. In the beginning, I gave you a personal body transformation by doing this workout every day.
