Always remember, they are armed to the teeth, they are threatening, do not give them an excuse to “ground you” as you will always come off second best and goes against you in any future court case (clear your name then personally sue them for not doing their job properly, police can’t be sued personally but if what they are doing is not in 100% accordance to their own rules and regulations then they are acting outside the law which in common sense means they are not actually acting as a police officer but rather an individual and should be able to go them for everything).

Remember to get all police officers names and badge numbers involved in such activity and call their public liability insurer and inform them of the particular officers lack of due care when on duty as an officer. If they can do this to children they will do it to you and they will do it to your 80yr old grandmother.
