If you lost your business, had $500 in your pocket, place to live, laptop computer. What would you do first? Make a big pot of coffee. Sit down and write a plan out. Start networking with my friends.
What is the biggest business mistake that you have made? Early in my career, I had a bid deal that I focused all my efforts on and did not manage my pipeline. That deal did not go through and I had not pipeline, which hurt me immensely.
