Are floor ab exercises getting too easy? Time to bring in the dumbbells and experiment with different moves.
.
SET 1 🔁 4 Rounds
1️⃣ Toe Touch to Leg Drop.
2️⃣ Low Spider Plank.
3️⃣ Cross Sit-Ups.
Rest for 1 minute.
SET 2 🔁 4 Rounds
4️⃣ DB Frog Sit-up.
5️⃣ Jacknives.
6️⃣ Low Plank Rotations.
.
Finish SET 1 (no rest between exercises/rounds), then rest for 1 minute and immediately move on to SET 2.
😉 Keep the contraction in the core at all times. If you find yourself getting tired, take a break but don't quit !!
