Dear Sir

England is the last significant colony of the British colonial empire.

I was a [electorate, campaigner, candidate, activist] in Batley and Spen by-election and can report and petition to you that Human Rights were and are being violated in England by the British Supra National State. Numerous offences under international law took place. Namely voters and candidates had core International Rights violated.

The British Supra National state interfered with core rights of the Nation of England and her Subjects. ICESCR and ICCPR Article 1 and Preamble and political and cultural rights.

We seek a declaration that these rights have been violated and that the English are a Nation and her subjects (electorate, campaigners, candidate, activists) are protected in their right to self-determination and freedom of election.

The campaign was unfair and discriminated against the English, no promotion of the right of self-determination was allowed to be aired on any election broadcast, media or hustings and was not a respected RIGHT, our candidate was slandered by the British Police during the election campaign. Our candidate and campaigners were discriminated against.

The English Democrats votes were clearly stolen during the count and added to another candidate’s pile. Witnesses witnessed the votes on up to 60 count tables and estimated over 1000 votes only to be told by the returning officer that this was in fact 207 votes in total. There are three other statements of fact from the candidate and two other count agents. This was a blatant fraud.

We have no effective recourse in domestic law by design. The Commission for Human Rights in Britain is British controlled and therefore useless, the courts are British and opposed to the English.
