This is my first video of my weight loss journey.
I'm a 30 something year old and have always been fat, but I'm embarrassed to admit I'm at my heaviest ever and I want to change that.
This year has already seen some significant changes in my life and I want to continue that trend.
I want to get from 155KG to 90KG within the next 2 years if possible, before I start doing international travel again.
