This video presents existentialism as one of the important foundations of education.

Existentialism emphasizes what exists as meaningful for the students. Here, the students are given more freedom in the process of learning.

Existentialism is originally a philosophical movement that talks about how the human person can attain a meaningful life in a seemingly meaningless world. Some of the leading figures in existentialism (or existential philosophy, as other scholars would call it) are Soren Kierkegaard, Jean-Paul Sartre, Martin Heidegger, and Albert Camus.
