The ocean surface was set on fire near the Gulf of Mexico. The fire was caused by a leak in the gas pipeline under the ocean. The region is oil rich. The fire was started at around 5.30am in the morning and was put off by 10am as reported by the Mexican oil company -PEMEX,that operated in the region.
