Hillary petitioned the White House (2017) to save the redwoods in California from logging, in an effort to protect the raw forests she loves to photograph. Following in the footsteps of her activist grandmother, Miriam Holloway, Hillary witnessed firsthand the intense Wall Street protests in NYC, protests in Cairo (2014), and Standing Rock Camp (2016) in North Dakota as an independent freelance journalist.
