We need Luke Skywalker! For decades, Luke has represented hope, optimism, and an unwavering belief in what is right. But somehow the sequels have completely destroyed him, and made him a shell of the person he was. Despite Mark Hamill's multiple attempts to save Luke character, Rian Johnson managed to destroy him completely in The Last Jedi, making him a milk swilling recluse, ready to die on a windy island.

But that's not what Luke Skywalker is about and that's not what Star Wars is about. In this video, I look into just exactly why we need Luke Skywalker and he is one of the most important heroes of our age!
