Why Are Americans Still Wearing Face Diapers?

Even though there are fewer Americans wearing face diapers lately, I noticed a lot of people still wearing them in Publix today. After a year and a half, why are they still wearing a mask when they know it won't stop a virus from passing through it? We all know by now that Dr. Fauci is a stone cold liar, and originally told Americans that the mask was useless.
