Sounds of nature: It has been proven that the background sounds of nature can help you to concentrate or vice versa - to fall asleep. They are actively used in audiotherapy. Sound of Nature helps to improve sleep, cope with stress, insomnia and panic attacks. In the Netherlands and Australian clinics, for example, ornithotherapy is practiced: bird trills have become an auxiliary remedy for migraines, cramps and heart disease.
