20210701 False Attribution - The Daily Summation

Have you ever been misquoted? Have your words been taken out of context?

You're in pretty good company (and where that's happened to me, I'm really talking about a BUNCH of other folks, particularly people on the Right politically, but this applies to many others as well) if either thing has happened to you..

What makes that WORSE is, people assume the folks to whom they pay mind DON'T do this.

Even if they're NOT prone to it, pretty much everybody may misquote or otherwise falsely attribute a statement or act, to someone.

In the best case, they may do that STRICTLY BY ACCIDENT.

That's why I'm a GREAT fan of doing one's due diligence.

That's the subject of today's edition of The Daily Summation, from Kurt's Religion and Politics.

When I'm able to complete the companion article on the Kurt's Religion and Politics blog, I'll post a link to it here.
