So many people know that exercising is important, but they're still not doing it.

And often, I find it's because they just don't know where to begin.

It can feel pretty intimidating to start exercising if you have limited mobility or don't normally exercise.

That's why we want to provide you with clips of workouts. This one is Coach Noelle, who held a group class involving some weights. If you don't have weights, use a water bottle, or anything else that can work in the place of free weights.
