Lauren graduated from Virginia Tech in 2005. After graduation, she went to work with the Secret Service where she received the nickname, "Talk Back Barbie." Once she had her fill of crime-fighting, she used her Security Clearance to work for government consulting firms in Washington, DC. After moving back to Atlanta, Georgia she decided to write a humorous book about her experiences working for the Secret Service as a very girly female! Like Amy always says, "take the crummy and make it funny." And Lauren did just that!
Suzanne Carpenter is an approachable, sincere, fun-loving, and passionate leader who loves to see personal improvement and transformation in those she teaches. Through her successful 10-year nutrition career, Suzanne saw a gap in the industry and a trend in society. Americans are more confused and overwhelmed than ever when it comes to actually lose weight and keeping it off. She created a virtual nutrition education company called CarpenterOne80 whose mission is to provide affordable and simple programs that can clear up food confusion so that people can win at losing weight.
Doug - Doug was born and raised in southern Maine. With an entrepreneurial mindset, Doug started his first business at the age of 13 mowing lawns, yeah, we know, but it was still a business, and he did well. Out of high school, he sought to follow in his father’s footsteps by entering the insurance industry and earned his license to sell insurance at the age of 18. Having more interest in computer science, he started a computer consulting business and ultimately went to work for his largest customer, a company he has been with for 20 years. This job moved him out of Maine to Atlanta where he’s lived for the last 11 years.

Justin - Born and raised in Maine, Justin joined the army shortly after high school. Having served over 5 years, he returned to study criminology. While going to school, he started in the lobster industry. He then spent the next 10 years learning the lobster business. Working his way through the ranks from box truck driver to production manager and ultimately operations manager for an online-based seafood company, Justin learned the ins and outs of delivering high-quality seafood all over the country. Justin is now part-owner of a restaurant in Portland Maine.
