Hamilton County auditor sues City of Cincinnati over remote workers' earnings tax payments

Hamilton County Auditor Dusty Rhodes is challenging the City of Cincinnati – accusing the city of breaking its own laws. He said the city should not be collecting the earnings tax from people who work for a Cincinnati-based company if they are doing that work outside of city limits.
