Homeless Camp - West Toluca Lake

A few hrs earlier a man in this camp thru a ball for a dog right in front of my car. Luckily I was able to swerve out of the way. I'm guessing you hit the dog & they rob you. This is very common in third world countries, which is what Los Angeles has become. I was so furious, I went back later to try & capture the camp. They hang out in the lanes & a few nights ago I saw a bond fire under there. Our cars are broken into non stop. Our neighbors + patrons of businesses are robbed at gunpoint & knife-point non stop. Old people are beat up walking their dogs. The Realtors keep the most violent crimes off of Ring + Nextdoor.
