'Nobody is giving up hope' to find survivors - Surfside mayor

Surfside Mayor Charles Burkett on Tuesday said he was asked by family members how long can people survive under rubble and he mentioned a news article from May 2013 about a woman in Bangladesh who was pulled from the rubble 17 days after structure collapsed.
