Hey there! I am so out of breath… I was out practicing my “Baywatch running” skills. I’m sure everyone remembers the iconic slow-motion shots. But, I think I’ll leave that to the lifeguards. Let’s head back to Santa Monica Bay.

I’m your host Nostalgic Nick, and today we’re catching up with the lifeguards of Los Angeles County.

Baywatch became so popular that several direct-to-home videos were created along with a spin-off series, but more on all of that later! The show was actually canceled after its first season… “Mitch Please” (said sarcastically like “bitch please”)
But lucky for us, a certain Hasselhoff swam out to the drowning television series and pulled it back to safety. What a guy:
