First one, around 8:30 p.m. Saturday night, a man shot another man in the leg in the 100 block of Union Hall Road after they became involved in an altercation, according to Clarksville police, Two men reportedly got into an argument, resulting in one of them pulling out a handgun and shooting the other in the leg. The victim and the suspect are acquaintances.

Then At around 2 a.m. now on Sunday, Clarksville Police officers responded to a home in the 300 block of Liberty Bell Drive on a report of a loud disturbance. The TBI says as officers approached the home, they heard several gunshots. From there, the TBI says officers came across a man holding a handgun resulting in an officer firing at the man.

The Third Shooting, A short while later, at around 3 a.m. Sunday, a 31-year-old man is shot and killed on the 900 block of College Street. Two others were also shot and are in stable condition. The homicide victim is identified by Clarksville police as Dashawn Kelly, of Clarksville. Clarksville PD says multiple people shooting weapons at the time of the incident.

So in all, Six people were shot in a matter of hours after a string of shootings.
