Rods of God on Los Angeles freeway!

I passed this truck my way home this morning. I thought, "What in the world...??"
And then I realized what those might be! This was on interstate 5, just north of downtown Los Angeles, close to Griffeth Park (you can see the freeway signs on the overpass.) I do believe the storm is coming. WWG1WGA+++
