I complete Contracts 03 and 04 of The Regulators mod. Also, a visit to Mr. Tenpenny. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/15645

- 01:17 - The Contract 03 target is in a camp north of the power station.
- 03:08 - Talon Company ambush near the MDPL-13 entrance.
- 05:12 - I can see the camp near the broken bridge.

- 06:19 - I eliminate the raider I can see. There are more of them under the bridge.
- 07:12 - I loot the dead but didn't find my target. Your target is always the boss (Raider Boss, Wastelander Boss, etc.) as he drops the Finger of the Fugitive needed to complete the contract. Sometimes when the boss is outdoors. He does not appear at first (it's a random bug in this mod). There are a few ways to solve this problem:
A) Save the game near where it should be and close it. Now load that last save, and the boss will be there (do not save too close to avoid being surprised by the enemy when the game loads).
B) When you have an active contract, fast-travel to a nearby location (in the same cell or a nearby cell) from where your target is. As far as I've tested, this ensures your target is there when you get close. In this case, I opted for the first option (10:37).
