After going viral on social media, now the Dutch colonial heritage well in Tegal Siwalan sub-district, Probolinggo district, is crowded with residents. Residents were curious and surprised, there was a well in the middle of the river and river water entered the well. Responding to the commotion, the irrigation officer explained that the well was a discharge of water to the residents' rice fields.
