How to Make Japanese OKONOMI-YAKI, Homeschool-Cooking

OKONOMI-YAKI is like Japanese version of Pizza, but much more customizable the taste and nutrition, the balance of fat, protein, carbohydrate and vatamin/minerals. OKONOMI in Japanese means Preference and YAKI means Baking are came from the facts above.

It's a kind of Street-Foods in festival traditionally but recently many people start to bake at home in the party for it's easy and fun to make and introduce their family taste for the visitors and children. The taste can be made up with three main factors, No.1 is the base paste, No.2 is the topping in the baking, and the No.3 is the sauce after the baking.

In this video all the three are, sorry to say, my families preferences, so you may change some or all so that it's really is your OKONOMI-YAKI. I'll show the basic method step by step with some explanation. It not requires any special technique, skill and cooking tool.
