This video presents Lao Tzu’s notion of the flow.

Lao Tzu encourages us to have a single-minded focus when working on something. We need to immerse ourselves in our work and let ideas and skills flow naturally. We don’t need to force things, such as ideas and skills, to happen. They will come naturally if we attune ourselves to the Way.

In this way, we do things effortlessly. Indeed, the spontaneous and joyful performance of even difficult tasks with minimum effort on our part is what Lao Tzu calls flow.

Lao Tzu was one of the great thinkers of all time. He had influenced countless of thinkers throughout generations.
