Stefan Lanka speaks of the dangers and toxicity of nanoparticles in vaccine adjuvants which are nevertheless given to the placebo group in trials on account that they are not an "active ingredient", as if non-vaccinated people were still receiving shots of adjuvants. So in effect the clinical trials are conducted without a placebo group for all practical purposes. It is a fraud through and through.
