Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing vaccines for COVID 19. Stating that the vaccine does not kill the virus but alerts the immune system that the virus needs to be killed. Contending that people eating gluten can have compromised immune systems leaving them in danger of a bad outcome. Asserting the gluten kills the bone marrow making it more difficult to make white blood cells and platelets needed to fight the virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study from Rush University Medical Center and Tufts University. Finding that those who ate 15.3 milligrams of fruits and vegetables daily reduced their risk of Alzheimer's disease. Those who ate the most flavonols found in fruits and vegetables were 48 percent less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease.
