At times there is no need for works; let your actions speak loud and clear

According to Warren Buffet, “In looking for people to hire, you look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. If they don’t have the first, the other two will kill you.”

Therefore, integrity is more important than smartness. Integrity simply means waking the talk. In order words your words and actions are the same.

Steve Siebold adds the following, “Champions have a reputation for total integrity; it is the foundation of their entry into any playing field. But while operating from a mindset of fear and scarcity, average people tend to view integrity as a luxury they hope to be able to keep.

Without integrity you are building on sand and when the storm will blow everything with crumble. You can lie to others and not get caught, but lying to yourself will catch up with you.
